Use this page to prepare a business procurement request for grain drying and handling equipment. A complete brief helps distinguish the machine requirement from installation, transport and operating assumptions before supplier matching begins.

Destination & site

Enter the US delivery location and the operating-site conditions in the form. No public office or visiting address is provided. The illustration shows a communication process rather than a service location.

Contact channel

The inquiry form is the available contact channel. Supply your work email and phone for procurement follow-up; no unverified email address, telephone number or social profile is published.

Follow-up sequence

The request is reviewed for product scope, quantity and destination. Open specification questions are clarified before factory comparison. Response hours and delivery dates are confirmed in communication, with no published guaranteed turnaround.

Your drying brief

Keep the harvest conditions in the message

For a complete dryer, state crop and grain moisture content at receipt and at the required storage target. Include throughput in t/h or bu/h with the crop basis, operating hours, available fuel, supply voltage and phases. Describe loading and discharge interfaces, footprint and access clearances.

For a control-related inquiry, identify the existing equipment, sensor arrangement, local operator tasks and requested remote access. Drawings can be discussed in follow-up; this form does not include an upload facility. Model compatibility and destination documents require factory and installer confirmation.

Quantity, packaging, destination and seasonal delivery needs let the factory distinguish its machine price from transport and commissioning. Tell us which spare parts and manuals must be included, and what remains the buyer's responsibility.

A target budget is optional. State the amount or range, currency and whether it covers each unit or the whole order. Choose premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or undecided to describe a preference; this does not establish supplier quality or waive essential equipment checks.

Submitting starts a procurement conversation. It does not place an order, verify inventory, approve a supplier or reserve a delivery slot. Review the sourcing process before comparing any offers.
